There was confusion when I got there for my first visit... after asking on the phone to please set me up with a woman and it was confirmed, I was assigned a man. Thankfully Carmen was around and could work with me and she was wonderful. It is really difficult when people don't speak a word of English which was my experience in the previous attempt at foot massage spa over on Park Street. You need to be able to communicate especially if you have stuff going on in your body that they need to understand. Carmen was great, she understood and clearly is very good at what she does and had some ideas to help with the situation in my feet which came from a recent back surgery primarily. Front desk person, young woman with very long hair, sorry I am forgetting her name was great also helpful and just kind of a genuine personality. Nice atmosphere. I'll be back to work with Carmen regularly. Thank you
