Aaron did a great job inspecting our home for annual termite protection. He thoroughly inspected both outside and inside our home. He also brushed away any cobwebs around the eaves which is appreciated. A very polite man who does his job very well. Thank you!

Northwest notifies me to date and time they will be arriving. They give me a detail of the work to be done. The person who does the work explains what type of spray he will be using. Satisfied overall with Northwest.
Northwest always notifies me in advance of the date they are planning to come out for my service. The technician also calls me about 30 minutes prior to arrival. This allows me time to put my dogs in crates or special rooms while the technician is here. The technician always does a very thorough treatment and thus far we have not have any problems with termites.
