Communication is great. You call before to ascertain if the day/time is convenient for you . The technician calls when close and they come on time. Technician is very knowledgeable and offers suggestions when appropriate!

I have very very seldom seen a bug inside my house. But when I see ants outside on my patio or breezeway or bees in my hedges. I call NW Pest and they are here ASAP.
