Good customer service
The guys who did our encapsulation and sealed the from critters were kind and thoughtful especially when going back and forth in my 94 year old mother’s apartment on the back of our house. Other workmen have commented about how nice it is in our crawlspace.

Customer service is easy to reach. I'm terrible at scheduling appointments but they always follow up with me to get it on the calendar. Every technician who has ever come to my house for Northwest has been prompt, friendly, polite, and kind to my dogs!
