They take their time and do the job right and if you do see any pest in between services they come back out and take care of it.

I’ve been with Northwest for over 20 years and have been extremely satisfied with the service. My technician is Courtney, and I can’t say enough great things about his customer service, his knowledge, and his wonderful personality. He asks me before every service if I’m having any issues, or if I have any questions. He always answers all my questions in depth, and never makes me feel silly for asking. (He knows, after all these years, how much I HATE bugs!) I can’t say enough good things about him. He represents Northwest in a way that should be rewarded. You’re lucky to have him.

Your in / out of residence service operation is excellent - timely, thorough, professional and informative. Whomever it is that hires these persons does a very good job.
You do need work on your accounts payable system as my billings are ALWAYS incorrect - yes EACH year I have used your services - and it is annoying.
