(1) Thru the years at Northwest the employees and customer service. Our Tech Austin calls ahead to let me know he is on the way. If we're not at home, I can see easily what he has done. if I have any issues, he's a text away for a revisit at my home or my sisters.
(2) After Austin's treatments, he will send me a email about treatment. If he sees anything
that I need to know, he will bring it to my attention immediately.
(3) When I call the office to pay my bill, or call for my sister. Again excellent customer service, if I have any questions, they will answer them, or someone will call me back.
(4) Even though, their fees have increased and I have other companies wanting my business. Knowing who is taking care of my yard and house means a lot to me.
