Jeremy, and the handful of TECH's that have proceeded him since I signed on with NWX in 2007 have been great. My only concern is the annual increase for Pest Control and my Termite Bond. As an 18-year customer it would be nice to hear from the people who manage and lead. It would be nice to receive an occasional customer thank you letter.
