I appreciate the excellent communication on the part of the office and our technician regarding when they will be here (date/time). When they had to reschedule recently, they let us know in a timely manner that they wouldn't be out to do the service as planned, and they rescheduled as soon as they were able.

That being said, I am extremely happy with all the customer service support I have received from NorthWest Exterminating. As a very long time customer - I think 22 years , I was worried when you were bought out (or merged) by Rollins. I thought the service would falter and the pricing would change a lot.
I have not found that to be the case - and truly happy you still operate like a "small" business. I also love the quick responses on phone calls or in solving any issues I have! Thank you -

My technician is fantastic. He takes care of all my insect problems with knowledge, helpfulness and willingness to do what needs to be done. fully. No shortcuts, no half done. He does a great job and I am so thankful to have him service my home. He is truly fantastic!! Thank you.

First Clinton is fantastic he is very knowledgeable and explains everything so I understand. He is always on time and calls ahead. Clinton definitely knows his job and is very customer focused.
