However, it would have been appropriate that we receive a billing statement from the financial department before it was automatically deducted from our banking account. When we first decided to have this service, we were given a rough estimate and only when we asked about how much would it cost.

James our tech is awesome! All 5 stars for his quality of service. Can’t get any better. However have not always been pleased, content with office staff. Multiple issues which seemed to mostly derive from the main Marietta's office. I have had to re-follow up to make sure things were correct for the new home we moved into last April. Tons of girls not doing their job not following thru with what they were suppose to do. If it wasn’t for Jame’s quality of service we my husband and I would have gone easily to another service.
Jason is always prompt, thorough and very courteous. He ensures that there are no issues at my home. I appreciate him!

BUT YOUR ACCOUNTING SYSTEM IS AWFUL. TODAY I RECEIVED BOTH A BILL FROM YOU THAT SHOWS US OWING SOMETHING FROM 2023 AND A CHECK REFUNDING OVER $1000 OF PAYMENTS I MADE TRYING TO USE YOUR GLITCHY WEBSITE PORTAL. YOU MAY BE A GREAT PEST CONTROL COMPANY BUT THERE ARE BUGS IN YOUR SOFTWARE.
