The treatments seem to be quite effective, so we're never plagued by repeated appearances of insects and bugs. If we do, however, the follow-up services are quick, easy and friendly to schedule and complete.
The entire staff and services are great, however Jace is the real key to our satisfaction. He's polite and professional, very pleasant and efficient. He knows the routine and takes care of the service with a minimal disruption, and follow-up visits are always equally pleasant.

The personnel that spray my house are very courteous and caring. They do their work in a timely and caring manner. They make sure I am satisfied with their service.
I like the fact that Lee Denny was in charge of the first and third part of the process. He is very professional and courteous. I had complete confidence in him while he and his team performed the work.
The second part of the process was the electrician wiring the sump pump. The electrician was given an old phone number which we have not had for at least five years. I cannot understand how he got that phone number when all other communications were completed on my current phone number.

Your technicians. Ben does a great job and remembers special features of my job. Others have been good as well, but he does a particularly good job. You didn't ask, but what I don't like is changes in cost without advance notice.

I like getting the text message when you are coming out. I like that I can pay my bill online. I like the good service I get. I like that I can talk to the guy that comes out and does my service. he listens to what I tell him and he helps with the problem if I have a problem.
