Service is always exceptionally good!! Rich Hickman is the representative and he is always so efficient and addresses any issue I may have. He schedules a day and time he will be here and always arrives on time. Treats any area I have problems with and makes sure I am satisfied with his work before he leaves. Thanks to Rich and Northwest I don't have to worry about ants, roaches, or any other annoying bugs!! So dependable and helpful!!

Ryan does a great job each time he is here. He is always kind and professional and is sure that we know what is going on.
Very helpful and friendly technicians and office staff. They're always accommodating to my specific needs and always very thorough with service. Termite protection is a must and the pests service has been helpful reducing or eliminating any pests with products safe for my family and pets.
