Great customer service
The service technicians are always so very nice. The young man who came this past week, Zach, was very polite and considerate. He called us to give us an ETA and was very respectful. He treated inside the house as well as outside around the perimeter. We believe he did an exceptional job and we appreciate the service he provided very much.

Michael takes care of our service, and he is wonderful. We have a larger size property, and he never rushes though and always is very courteous. If we have a issue he addresses, it immediately. We have never had a single issue with our service with Michael.
The only thing we do not care for is that we have to have an automatic draft to our bank. If I do recommend Northwest to anyone, I always warn them about that.

My only comment about today’s visit was that the technician wore shoe covers in my home (upon request) and then treated the outside of the home still wearing the shoe covers. So now i doubt the covers than were worn in my home weren’t also worn outside elsewhere. I’ll provide shoe covers in the future.
