Thorough, professional services. Answers my questions about various insects I run across in the house. I like that I am called before the service person comes. However, this last visit, I did not get advance notice and was not prepared.
My technician came back out to retreat some areas that I noticed more spiders, and he removed any spider Webbs.

The employees that have come to my home, for the past three years have taken the time to explain to me what it is that they will be doing. Mr. Ryan removed three wasp nest. I would recommend North West Exterminator or Extermination to anyone.
