I just typed an outstanding review for the service Northwest provides, but lost it, by not paying attention; thus, I must share again that I'm satisfied with the extermination service Northwest provides and I would recommend it to family, friends & colleagues.
One variable I applaud about the services is if there are ever any concerns, the extermination techs will take the time to explain company policy. An example is I was under the impression that spider 🕸 would be removed with service so I expected it. When I questioned it, I was given a professional explanation of what is done on the exterior & interior of homes. My disappointment was resolved, and I was left with a clear understanding about my services. For that, I'm beyond satisfied and will continue to use Northwest to keep unwanted pests away. Thank you all for your outstanding service, dedication to the best substances, & friendly employees.
