i have been with E&G Extermination for over 15yrs. They were always prompt and provided great service for my house. I had a massive termite invasion a long time ago that did some damage to my house. E&G (Bobby) immediately eliminated the termite invasion. I was never notified that Northwest bought E&G. I received a text msg from Northwest that I had no idea who and why I received their text. Luke with Northwest came out to my house for the annual inspection. He listened and was professional during his visit. I do have high regard for E&G over the years. There is something comforting in having a relationship with a business for 30 years. Although it’s been bought by Northwest exterminating the original company standards still apply. Although we have had several service agents over the years, my favorite is the one that we have now. His name is Steven and I trust him in my home. That’s really saying a lot.
And they do what they say if they’re gonna kill your bugs, they do it.
