They made accommodations to come on a Saturday and Daniel took ti.e do address my concern and teach me what to be on the look out for.
We are always informed of when to expect the exterminator and he is always prompt. He is courteous. He happily answers a lot of questions I sometimes have regarding various insects, bugs, snakes, etc. that i have encountered. I often save specimens to show and he identifies them for me! In other words. he is a great teacher and I'm always learning important facts and information about the insect world! We are happy with the work done.
Very thorough in treatment. Nice technicians. I am concerned about the rate increase once our guaranteed rate period expires in September 2025. Fixed income has to be managed and may have to decrease periods of service.

When I saw them, I was afraid the contractor had wrong house and was planning on digging up wifi, gad or electric by mistake. Took several phone calls to figure out it was for Northwest.

Zach Ayers was a phenomenal service technician. He was extremely thorough in his inspection and went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs and concerns were addressed. He was the first technician to come out who actually came inside to inspect as part of the termite process. He was also very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had with kindness and clarity. Zach restored my faith in Northwest Exterminating, and I look forward to working with him again in the future
