Tim arrived on time — in fact, about half an hour early, which was fine — removed the two small hornets’ nests I had noticed and a larger one I had not in a more inaccessible area, and treated them to prevent hornets from returning, at least immediately. He did explain that no treatment lasts indefinitely, but so far, so good.

I am always called at least a week before the service and also the morning of the service. I do not need to be here for the service for Pest Control to be done. It works out great.
