The technicians are very well trained and knowledgeable. They always answer any questions we have and meet our needs. They are super nice! W e are on a three month service plan but have not been receiving a call to set up a service appointment. We have lived in this home for twenty years this November and have had the same telephone number all this time. Hopefully this will be resolved before we need the next service call.

Very professional but easy to communicate with. Was able to get me on the schedule rather quickly. The gentleman who sprayed our yard was very pleasant and answered any questions we had and just made good conversation. Service worked great… less pests and no more mosquitoes!

Bill is the reason I stay with Northwest exterminating. He is always so friendly, professional, punctual and considerate. He goes out of his way to make sure all my pest control needs are met. I am not happy with the price increase that Northwest has sprung on us though.
