Our service technician (Mike Wells) is such an amazing guy. He is, to my eye, super thorough, and he is always warm and personable. His command of pest control is impressive. There are many times when I ask him about specific issues we're facing, and his guidance is always effective. We were very saddened when our previous long-term technician passed away. It is incredible to me that we happened to partner with someone as good as they were.
