I like that the same person usually comes to inspect our house. (I'm sorry my daughter and grandsons missed seeing him this time when we went to walk on the Carolina Thread Trail in Lancaster; my husband met with him.) We are called on a yearly basis to schedule a check and the fee has remained the same. We appreciate any advice given for avoiding termites and we try to follow it.
