Chris is very accommodating. I am able to have him arrive within a window of time that fits into my schedule. He calls me to let me know when he’s about to arrive. And he listens to my concerns and follows where I want him to spray or not to spray because of my dog.

Quick and efficient
The consistency we have with our amazing technician, Joe Murray, is probably the biggest factor. When we first engaged with you, we often saw different technicians and that was very frustrating. Your communication is really excellent, too. Both on the inside staff and with our technician. The results have been excellent considering where we started and how we’ve been able to maintain great results despite challenges with our older home. We love Joe personally and professionally - he’s definitely someone we would want on any project we’re involved with - not just pest management.
Trent who services our property is exceptional and a credit to your company. He is communicative, detail oriented, and hard working.

First, we have had the same guy service our house for at least two years. He is pleasant and very efficient. Also, he has come to know us, our pets and our individual spraying needs. That means a lot, when someone is coming into your house on a regular basis. Now about the spraying itself, we live in a very woody area and our bug issues are gone. This is a very trusted company and we highly recommend checking them out.

The office personnel have always been responsive to my questions and concerns. The rotating phone line is confusing but the staff is very helpful. Julia has assisted me & followed up. I appreciate her professionalism and attentiveness. Chris is the technician who comes to service the house. He’s always willing to help and explain. He is thorough and knowledgeable. He takes the time to address my concerns and offers suggestions. Spring is around the corner and I know Chris will help me keep the critters out. Thank you Julia and Chris. We have not had any issues with roaches and ants since we signed up and termite treatment seems to be working, no signs during last inspection. Last year Mesquites season was an improvement… still some but not nearly ans many and same with carpenter bees. Staff is Always friendly and respectful of our property, notify us in advance of service time and date so our pup is in and on time. We Are Very pleased!!! Thank you!
