The technician called prior to arriving and provided an accurate time which was much appreciated given we have dogs that may have been in our fenced back yard. He performed his work, wrote an excellent, detailed report and followed up prior to leaving.

Service Tech always lets us know when he/she is coming. Tech is friendly and if we are available will ask us if we are having any problems or issues. During the last visit the tech checked the termite traps.

We like that we get the same tech that does our service. He does a very thorough job. Just a nice young man. No bugs inside because they are taken care of out side the house.
After 18 years as customer, all services have been excellent. A new Rep came in last week. He too was great. William ("Wiil") took good cate of assigned areas, indoors & outdoors. We continue in care of trained hands. Thanks, Will.

Each person I speak with in the Burlington office is friendly and helpful. I get the same service tech every time, Marcus, and he is friendly, outgoing and excellent at what he does. I'm retired now but when I was working I tried to get the people I managed in the field to perform in exactly the way that Marcus does.
Your technicians are so friendly and knowledgeable. They always call to let me know what time they will be there. I have had just a few problems over the many years and they have always come back to re-treat the area. I rarely see any bugs.
Rabbit is always so nice and puts up with my crazy dog who smiles with his teeth showing and you're not sure it's a smile or he's gonna tear you up!
