Last week we had a technician named Jaiden, he was so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was here for annual visit to inspect our termite stations, and while here helped me understand the process of eliminating yellow jacket nests burrowed underground. He took care the yellow jacket problem that I wasn’t aware of. He showed me the evidence of the problem which I appreciated.
He texted before his arrival and followed up the next day and is coming back on Monday to make sure all the activity is gone.
