Professional services provided
You offer a green treatment (very important to me). I know when to expect your representative to do the treatment. I know the name of the representative before they show up at my door. They do a good job but could look a little more closely to get all the cobwebs. The representative is always polite and comes to the door to let me know he's starting his work.
Technician was very professional and provided insight into the previous owners' service issues.

What a difference! This company is extremely professional with qualified, knowledgeable employees and the latest technologies to combat pests of all kind, including mosquitos! They assessed our needs perfectly and provided us with a comprehensive plan that is working incredibly well. In addition, they handled our mice problem (a house reno had opened up access) and the appearance of a wasp nest incredibly quickly, the latter on the very same day we found it!
We feel such relief to know that we have someone we can contact and get immediate results when needed. It is an additional bonus to know that this is a "Green" company and that the treatments will not affect the helpful insects in our garden.
Phone calls several days ahead, letting me know Northwest will be coming. Phone calls from the technician when he’s on his way. Technician lets me know when he’s here and what he’s gonna do and technicians are always friendly and smiling.
