The technican that does our service is very professional and knowlegeable about what his job. He knows all about his product and the vast variety of pests we have around here. Northwest is amazing. I brag on you to everyone. You fixed my crawlspace area three years ago. Now, after years of vacuuming up water after any heavy rains, I'm building in my basement with no fear of flooding -- all because of the work you did in the crawlspace.
As far as exterminating, your teams are courteous and always arrive when they say they will. They listen to my concerns and address them. Spiders in the basement? "No problem, we'll get 'em." Is the solution you're using safe for my pets? "Yes, let me tell you why!" I feel very confident with your team!
We have two homes and I use you for both. I also tell people what a great job you do. Thank you for being one of the few companies I know that actually believes in and practices great customer service!
Very flexible with treatment options based on what we are seeing in our yard or in our house. Service tech (Jordan) is always thorough with his treatment and shares plenty of information on what types of pests are most prevalent at the time of service - something that all customers may not care about, but that I appreciate knowing.
