Programs, new and updated equipment, friendly staff
The feel when you exit your car all the way to getting back in my car. Kind people, I was given quail eggs in the parking lot & tips on classes. The front desk is welcoming and the atmosphere of acceptance & being part of a good experience continues through the class, great enthusiastic teacher. I was even invited to join a group of women for lunch. It's just what I needed to prepare for winter. I will keep coming back.
The pool and water aerobics are my go to exercise.
I like the remodel/upgrade. I have travelled around the country for business and prior to this remodel, I thought this was the worst Y in the country.
However, now It is very tolerable. I think the we still need a little more brick and mortar to increase locker space (increases sauna as well as include a steam room). Also, increase pool hours for lane swimming...current hours are not commensurate with member request.

The staff is very nice.
Pool has water exercise classes most days and various times. And the showers have nice hot water. Staff is always friendly.
They have a wide variety of programs. Their Ties & Thursday Silver Sneakers is the best. Friendly, welcoming - basically a community center!

I have been a member of the Y for a number of years and have always enjoyed the many prpgrams that are offered. The staff is extremely professional and friendly.

Every thing. It is just a great place to go for so many activities. The equipment at the gym is very complete and well kept up. The pool is excellent. And they have many classes to attend for other types of workouts. Not to mention the extra activities for the kids.

It’s not crowded. You can get on equipment fast. Also it’s nice to have the option to take a class if you want.

The YMCA is clean, friendly staff and many programs are available
No matter who is sitting at deck when I walk in, I get a friendly greeting. The members are polite and considerate about sharing the various equipment. The Y facility is always sparkling clean.
The swim aerobics classes. A lot of classes to accommodate people's schedules.
The facility offers every type of exercise one would like to try. The pool is the real winner to me! Great hours, friendly, helpful staff and well kept.
