I enjoy the politeness of the staff, riding the bike, weight machines and e-gym machines. The facilities is always clean and has a wonderful atmosphere.

The staff is incredible. The locker room and bathing area are always clean. The workout equipment is maintained nicely.
I came for the pool so that’s the only thing I can really speak to, but it was very nice. I love that lap swimming is open for several hours in the evening. I generally visit Royal Oak and I found their lap hours to be very restrictive. I also love that you have plenty of lanes and the pool seems very nice. The Jacuzzi and sauna are really nice too.
I didn’t have a chance to check out the gym. Royal Oak has the circuit with the wristband and I’m really hoping that you have something similar because I’m not good at self-directed workouts.
Absolutely love how reliable the swim lifeguards are. Also love the gym!

I like the Live Strong program very much. The instructors and program coordinator are great. I like everyone I have met at the Y including the receptionists.

Wish we had had a doner like the Carls Family that could have built a Y in Birmingham, because tomorrow the Birmingham Y is closing! The Birmingham Seniors (NEXT) are moving in after losing their space at an elementary school, so the city bought the building for a measly $2 million.
The employees are friendly and there are good facilities.

All the people I see at the Y are so friendly. Everyone in the wellness center is there trying to improve their vitality and have fun. No grouches
