There are many other members of tie same age that I am. Yet, there are many other members who are younger than me and that is refreshing. I enjoy the effort the Y has madase to make the facility accessible/ As I was3 leaving, I was part of traffic jam in the hallwa ay as 3 of us were trying to get past each other with our walkers/ I do love the pool.
Great equipment and spacious workout area. Classes are lead by top instructors and the staff members are very helpful and friendly
I like the fact I can come workout when convenient for me and even make new friends in the process. I like I can now bring someone and they can receive a free pass to come back again.

I walk on the treadmill every day and swim in the warm pool every day.. the pool is great, the variety of machines and equipment suits every need. The people who work at the Y are very helpful and kind.
Kyne went above and beyond to help us get the right swim lessons for our kids.

There are so many options for ways to move your body. It's great! I'm most impressed with the offerings for youth. Preschool basketball has made a huge positive impact on my child and they are enjoying the summer camp, too!

Thank you for getting two bikes from the Birmingham Y and putting them up on the second floor mezzanine! There are days when all five are in use - yay!
