I love the Boll Family YMCA - it has given me such a feeling of community and connection, while getting affordable access to so many great amenities, like the cardio equipment, weights, lap pool, and all the different classes.
The staff - from front desk to fitness instructors are incredible. Facility is clean and bright and well equipped. We love it here and the price is affordable for our whole family to enjoy! The only challenge point is parking downtown which isn’t their fault but it is a barrier
I’m a certified group fitness instructor & the YMCA Milford does a great job offering safe, fun, & effective classes. I enjoy Hatha yoga, Shine dance fitness, & your Active Older Adult classes.
The Y is a one stop shop for all your fitness needs. The personal trainers are top-notch as well. I work with Melissa & I’m seeing great results. So happy to be here. Everyone who works at the Y is customer focused, friendly, supportive, & knowledgeable. I’ve been at many gyms & yoga studios in my lifetime & The Y is a 10 in my book. Keep up the great work!!

Everyone is friendly, it always clean and they have the right equipment for me.
Our infant/toddler swim instructor makes class fun and engaging for our little one. We look forward to class each week!

It was great in Birmingham, and I have only been at the Royal Oak 2 times. Parking is quite crowded.

Working with Colin is great because he always has a new set of exercises. He has a deep understanding of physiology. He is able to create a workout focused on areas of my body that need attention.

I love my classes with Melissa, she has helped me lose weight, stay accountable and she cares about her members and looks out for them especially if they have health issues or mobility issues.
