What did you like most about your salon experience?

I have been really happy with cuts from Amanda and Angela. I am going to stick with Angela because I think we have a good plan and both have the same vision for what I am after. :) I live the vibe and feel of the salon and always look forward to coming in for service.

Keisha knows her way around a guy's cabeza, can be trusted with sharp objects and gives great hair. Nice work as always!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The last appointment was great, but I have had numerous stylists reschedule my appointments, or flat out cancel with very little notice (an hour before the appointment). It became very frustrating to try and attend an appointment with Rize for a while.

Lori did a great job on my haircut and I'm very happy with my short haircut. Lori always does great haircuts and I will definitely recommend Rize Salon to all my friends in Brighton.

Emily is always very friendly and a delight to socialize with. She goes out of her way to make sure her customers are completely satisfied with their hair styles. Not only is Emily awesome but the whole crew is very friendly and always ready to assist customers with water, tea ect. I really enjoy coming into the shop.

Keisha did a new highlight on my hair and I love it. Also always love how she cuts my hair. My teenage daughter loves her too, she has long thick hair and Keisha keeps her hair looking very healthy.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Everyone is great at the salon. I’m always greeted upon my arrival. Cassie, my hairstylist, is great! She always does a great job on my hair. Plus it is always so fun chatting with her during my appointment. No matter where I live in the Denver area I still come out to Rize for my hair.

What could we do to improve?

I was a little taken back that I had to pay full price for an wedding updo. The same price for the actual wedding day hair style. The first trail run only took about 25 minutes because I knew what I wanted. I just think paying the same price is extreme. However, Nicole did a great job the day of the wedding.

Keisha is awesome. She always does such a great job on my hair. I've been going to her faithfully for a year and a half and she never disappoints. I recommend her to everyone I know and Rize is blessed to have her as she is customer focused and that is a blessing to any business.
