What did you like most about your salon experience?

My experience with Rize Salon is always very positive. Cassie has been my stylist for years and I will not change. She is a keeper. She is very professional and has a very positive outlook on life. I am always greeted very professionally by all staff.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I love Rize and I am glad I found this salon. However the last two times I’ve been there a left feeling like I was not the top priority while I was there. Honestly, I started searching for a new salon. I don’t want to switch but I want to have the best experience when I come. I don’t want to feel like I’m rushed or my stylist is rushed to get me done.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Everything about my visit was amazing as usual. You are greeted as you walk in the door, offered something to drink (water or tea) and then relax while your hair is styled. It is a beautiful salon with very friendly staff.
