I can't thank Lori enough for the great haircut she gave me last week. I like to keep my gray hair short and she always adds little touches that give it the extra texture it needs to keep it from going flat. She pays attention to every detail, and I really appreciate how much she listens to my concerns about how I want my hair to look and how to maintain it. Thank you again Lori! :)

What did you like most about your salon experience?

It’s nice having a stylist who knows how to color my hair without turning it too warm or too cool. My only complaint is the cost for the service as well as how full their schedules are.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I think it was overkill with the Corona virus regulations I have been to other salons and they don't make me sanitize,was hands,Temps and sanitize again along with no purses allowed and masks at all times
