Would recommend Rise but not Emily—she’s too busy! Always amazed when I make an appointment 5 months out and can’t get the time I like!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The light in the salon was a little too dark. I didn't realize that the back of my hair is uneven and the layers are not blended in. It's just not a very good haircut.
