What could we do to improve?

The hairstylist was extremely quiet. I didn’t mind not talking, but there was not really any attempt at small talk, which just isn’t my normal experience at hair salons.

I love Emily, my stylist. She is wonderful, amazing and every other positive adjective! I also love that the salon is always welcoming and clean. I appreciate their strict adherence to covid protocols and have no reservations visiting the salon during this pandemic.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Rize Salon is very clean. Once you’re in the door the staff is very friendly and timely with getting you through the COVID process and to your stylist. Amber is who my husband, son and I see and we LOVE her. She listens to us, tells us how she feels our ideas will look and she is great with color and kids. I highly recommend her and Rize Salon!

What did you like most about your salon experience?

I have been coloring my hair for 45 years. Anastasia is the best hairdresser I’ve ever been to. After having my hair damaged by an incompetent stylist, Anastacia was able to help me get it healthy and long again. She is creative, attentive, and the best in the business!

What did you like most about your salon experience?

I'm so grateful to be able to get my hair done. Keisha listened carefully and checked in a couple of times while she was doing my hair because we made a noticeable change. I'm still getting used to it, but I like it and she did exactly what I asked, plus used her instincts. We talked a lot about what my hair can actually do compared to the pic I brought in, which is always important. My color is great!
