The staff have all been great
I have been going to Exercise Coach for almost two years. Unlike any other gym I have been to, this is never crowded and every employee is friendly and helpful. Although the gym is small, there are enough variations of each exercise on a machine that you don’t get bored or in a rut. I feel like the trainer led programs keep me engaged so I get the most out of each session. Personally, I know that if I were having to train alone, I would find reasons to skip a day and would not get the desired results. My wife and I both attend twice per week, and I have my mother going now as well.
