Staff and location
I like that you have to have an appointment to work out. I like the digitized machines. I like that it is small, except I wish there was an area with more cardio machines that you could use without an appointment.
Great staff ; clean facility
I like the convenience and accountability. Love having a coach who can suggest what I need to do during each workout. And 20 minutes twice a week has helped! I can squat to my lower shelves and get up without as much effort. I can feel myself having more strength.

I have told MANY people about Exercise Coach. What I like best is being able to see my progress and celebrate the continual improvements When I am on the computer machines. I like the coaches-all are encouraging and help me stay on track rather than talking too much. I used to dread working out but now I look forward to my sessions each week.
