I've been reaping the benefits of the Southlake Exercise Coach for over three years and I plan on continuing forever. I absolutely love the concept of strengthening my body with the proprietary equipment, but the real magic is from the encouraging team of trainers. I love how they each challenge and encourage me every single session. I feel like I am part of the Exercise Coach family.
It’s close to my house, the sessions are challenging but only 20 minutes, the exercises are varied and the coaches are both helpful and delightful.
Everyone is so helpful and nice. I like the one on one assistance and they are extremely knowledgeable on the whole process. This works, after a month, I’m so much stronger.
