My haircut and service was great. My hair stylist made my hair look awesome. I was unhappy with the haircut I got at the last two places I went to. Not Sport Clips. I will continue to go to Sport Clips. I also bought a bottle of Crew WHIP which my stylist used on my hair.

I know I am old school but, If corporate is telling their employees to spend very little time with customer well all that means is there is no or little conversation which translates to no customer relations. Your customers are polite.
The majority of my visits result in receiving the requested service. On rare occasion the service falls short of my expectations. On my most recent visit Kiana exceeded my basic expectations providing an above average experience.
Plenty of options and stylists aren’t pushy about offering them. They offer just enough and I appreciate that.

Stylist cut way too much off the top with scissor cut. Never once did she ask how much or it it was a good length which most stylists tend to do
