A very good haircut at a good price, done quickly but well with attention to detail, and including an appointment system designed to minimize wait times.
Your online "Get in line" is a good try, but the last few times I have used it, the show up time keeps getting pushed back as you drive there and as you wait in the lobby. This last time it was going to be an hour later than original estimate . I went ahead and asked the two stylists that were not busy if one of them could cut my hair rather than waiting any longer for my chosen stylist. They were happy to oblige.

EM (Emily) was very gentle and careful while cutting my hair and very professional and courteous and carried on a polite conversation with me.

After having been away for over a month due to a fall and hospitalization/rehab, Jess was a sight for sore eyes. She did an outstanding job (as Usual) to my hair and reminded me to use the Tea Tree products that I had purchased on my last visit. Jess is an awesome hair stylist and an equally great person. Sports Clips is lucky to have her as a team member!

Sport Clips has enough people to be able to take a walk in customer quickly. Employees are very nice to deal with and they do an excellent job with your hair.
I don't like seeing the tip screen Everytime I pay, also out of the 5 times I've been 2 times in luding my last time going they cut my hair too short. Also, it would be helpful if when being asked if I would like a hair wash or anything extra if it costs more.
Tomball location has a different( lively)vibe. This champions store had 3 stylists and was slow when i went. He stylists seemed annoyed to be there. Didn't realize til my son reminded me in truck that I got mvp and was not given massage. Stylist seemed rushed but for what reason I dont know. Quality of cut and beard trim was good. Upon reflection, didn't feel like I got my value for 42 bucks. 32 plus 10 tip.

Arlette gave me an amazing haircut. I'm picky about the trim but she nailed it. She is very talented and a credit to the Sport Clips organization.

We’ve taken our son First name removed to get his haircut several times to the Grand Parkway location but have been recently trying other places due to the fact that this location sometimes only has a Spanish only speaking stylist named Silvia. She does not speak English or at least pretends to not when we come in. My wife usually takes him so on our latest visit, I wasn’t aware of the issue or knew that she had previously messed up his hair in the past. After First name removed got his haircut yesterday, I spent 10 minutes consoling my son who was so upset he was crying about how bad his hair looked. We will not be going back to Sportsclips at any location as their standards have obviously taken a dramatic fall off of a very steep cliff.

Melissa recommended a great curling cream for my hair and she had great customer service and gave me a great cut.
The person I had went strictly off the notes from the previous stylist and did not ask questions or ask me what I wanted. As a result I ended up with a 2 on the sides when it should have been faded down to a low 2. Also she cut hair off the top without asking about length if I see her again, I will wait for a different stylist or just go to a different store.
