The manager at the Pinecroft location in The Woodlands is fantastic. Highly recommend Giselle. Very friendly and always get a great, consistent cut.
We visited the Dixie Farm location in Pearland and saw Veronica. She cut my son’s hair for the first time because his usual lady was not there. He has Autism and has a hard time with new people cutting his hair but he loved her! She was amazing with him and he chatted with her the whole time. He was so happy with his hair cut too!

Taylor was very affable, skilled, and asked questions about what/how I wanted the cut. Then, she listened, cut/trimmed and solicited more feedback.
2nd visit: her detailed notes on customer preferences made the 2nd cut even better, and more manageable once at home. HOORAY!

It took 1 hour and 10 minutes for a single man's haircut. Ridiculous amount of time..At Visible changes, there are 20 maintenant time slots and they are very prompt. You were not.

Ashley was amazing with my toddler who truly despises hair cuts. She was extremely patient with him and about 10 lollipops later his hair looks amazing! Highly recommend
The website is hard to maneuver and the times are often inaccurate. I would like to be able to schedule 24 hrs ahead but you cannot. Often on the morning of the day after opening the stylist available are not show with times at the shop.
Clean, well-organized store, with great access for customers allowing them to login ahead of their visit.
AND, I LOVE THAT SHY IS BACK AT THE STORE AND NOW AS A MANAGER. SHE IS GREAT! I HAVE FOLLOWED HER TO THREE (3) OTHER LOCATIONS AFTER ORIGINALLY LEAVING THIS LOCATION. SO GLAD SHE HAS FOUND HER FINAL HOME!!!
