I personally think the Y serves a need for many in the city of Salem, Massachusetts! There are a multitude of classes available during the day and evening and, a pool which I don't ordinarily use, however, I enjoy my daily workouts upstairs every day at 6:00 am, And, day care availability, too!

I've been a member of the YMCA on and off since I was a kid. the Salem Y especially is a center for community activity and is especially down to earth when Ys in the other areas can seem more like snobbish fancy health clubs....the Salem Y maintains it's integrity for serving all people.

I think everyone is great! The campsite coordinater (Aaron or Erin) not sure how to spell the name correctly is awesome!! Always goes above and beyong to ensure Nevaeh is supported

My child gets individualized attention. She comes home raving about the activities - from coloring to quiz games - and it’s such a safe place for her to be.
