Great facility, great staff! I have only played pickleball there, and will continue to do so, Everyone there is great - very welcoming!
Nice facility, nice people
I enjoy gojng to the gym daily. I take classes 6 days a week. All of the instructors are great, friendly, supportive. I have enjoyed meeting other members at the gym. The staff always makes me feel welcome and like a part of the Y family. I love the community based events that they have and the staff are informative about the events and there to answer any questions. The Y is clean and front staff are always welcoming.
The Staff is wonderful with the children! Love the communication with the parents.
The before and afterschool program has helped me tremendously with juggling a full time job and a child especially being a single mom.
An exceptional facility with an equally exceptional and friendly staff!
The Y gave my daughter and I a fun place to go within the community that offered us both a chance to grow.
Friendly staff, clean facility, and a good group of pickle ball players 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
It's a clean, bright facility with lots of options. Staff are friendly and good at what they do. I love Mary's chair yoga and Terry's yoga classes. Haven't tried anything else as I live in Haverhill and usually go there.
Great classes, great people, and great staff!
Great facility. Pretty much all you need for a great workout. Welcoming and professional staff.
My child loves the program and is comfortable with the staff.
My son loves YMCA aftercare! The teachers are wonderful, always keep the kids engaged and are very caring and fun.
Very calming and low stress environment...
Kids, when present (up to High School age), are well behaved and respectful of each other, and of the adults, on the premises.
Convenient location, ample parking. Lots of classes, the setup is nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Self-worth is a beautiful thing. It’s an invitation to a better you. And that’s what the YMCA is for me.
Going to my class is like transporting me to a wonderland of work and fun.
Who says you can’t have both?!

Review for Shotokan Karate with Robert Harb at the Plaistow YMCA
Although my 16-year-old daughters have only just begun their training with Sensei Robert Harb, I’m already deeply impressed. Even after just a few classes, it’s clear that this is a serious, traditional Shotokan karate program: rooted in discipline, respect, and authentic martial arts lineage.
Sensei Harb brings a calm, focused presence to the dojo. His instruction is clear, structured, and grounded in the true spirit of karate-do. The environment is welcoming yet disciplined, and my daughters are responding so well to the thoughtful, no-nonsense approach.
We’re excited to continue this journey and grateful to have found such a high-quality program right here at the YMCA. Highly recommended for families seeking more than just a casual martial arts class. This is the real deal.
Awesome coaches!
I was very pleased at the immediate availability for the Before School Care for my daughter, and she enjoys going every day before school.
Coach Eric with the junior Celtics is outstanding. He does such a wonderful job working with the kids and teaching them the fundamentals of the game. We couldn’t ask for a better person to be working with our kids.
The Jr. Celtics is run very well!

Very well run pickleball tournament yesterday at 9:00AM. Thank you for your hard work!
1) it would be helpful to have people and the scoreboard away from game play. One of the Y staff was in my way when I was running for a ball.
2) court #1: the ball would go behind the bleachers and it took away from the 10 minute game allotment.
