It's a tremendous value when you consider the low cost to high benefit and all that the Y has to offer between various fitness classes from yoga, strength training to dance. As a retired individual, I mostly enjoy the dedicated pickleball courts that I can use anytime, 7 days a week. The staff at the Plaistow Y is very friendly and accommodating, from the Director to the front desk staff to the instructors and support staff. I really enjoy coming here! It a great community of people.
The Plaistow Y is great for pickleball. They have dedicated courts with no extraneous lines, nets on wheels, plenty of balls, almost unlimited hours to play, and a friendly group of fellow pickleballers.
The courts, public areas, and locker rooms are clean and the staff at the desk are friendly and welcoming.
I love playing in Plaistow and wish it was closer to home.
Really appreciate For for Life classes.

The Y has a very welcoming atmosphere. The instructors are wonderful, extremely helpful and motivating. The group classes are great and the equipment top notch
Nice facility kept up
First, the staff is awesome!! Everyone is so friendly. The facility has every piece of exercise equipment you could think of.
The locker rooms are spotless. Plenty of lockers, stall showers and a sauna.
A dedicated gym supports three Pickleball courts with expansion for three more.
Before and after school program is so valuable to my child's development. She has a great time

My son loves his afterschool program. He loves that he can build Legos or craft during the aftercare program.
