Friendly staff, convenient, clean vacillates, but mostly that the YMCA offers the level and type of exercise that I was looking for (fitness for life). Also, Wendy is a great instructor and she’s attentive and checks with individuals who may need help.

The people that work there are engaged and always willing to help. Especially Wendy. Her energy, dedication to the seniors in Fit for Life keeps everyone showing up. Her routines give everyone a great workout despite the age range..

I love the Plaistow YMCA. I love the group classes the most. The instructors are so much fun and always up-beat and motivating.
They keep me healthy and strong.

A community is created among the members in a class. Wendy promotes a team spirit, a willingness for members to help each other. Front desk always greets you when you check in.

THE Y PROVIEDS SERVICE FOR ALL AGES AND THE PROPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE AWESOME!

Instructors are welcoming and encouraging. I think the free pickleball lessons for beginners is a great idea. Some people are reticent to play because they don't know the game or the rules. These lessons will give them the confidence to get on the court and play. They also get to meet newbies like themselves and start playing together.

Coaches Lindsay and Kasey are great! My daughter has gained a lot of confidence in her two gymnastics classes she has had so far.

Love the location in Plaistow, NH. It's so clean, has great programs for adults and children, and everyone is friendly.

Both my kids and my nephews really enjoy their weekly gymnastics sessions. My daughter especially loves gymnastics and we appreciate that we can give her the opportunity to do it without a huge commitment of time and money. The coaches are great and patient with all the kids. Coach Lyndsay is especially great during the parent child class which can get a little wild!
