I recently sent a review that would like to retract. The rating was for Trickling falls program. Megan and her staff have been so great through the years. I have no complaints at all and trust in their process. I never have to worry when I know my child is with them. I have a very different opinion with trickling fall.

Lots exercise equipment , good exercise classes, very friendly atmosphere, clean place .

The Y has great classes that are offered and the instructors are all really encouraging and fun to take the class with.

The staff is very friendly, and the facility is very quiet.

I enjoy the classes I've had, and I work with a trainer. I'm healthier than I have been in years thanks to my involvement at the Y.

My child talks about her great day doing archery and other events. I'm glad she is having fun.

I use the Y for pickleball only. The Y in Plaistow has done so much to add courts and increase our playing time. The Y makes us feel that we matter.
