The ymca offers all ages of exercise,all classes from land to pool seven days, a week, pool steam room, and the staff is great Clean and friendly💪

I love all the different classes that are offered. The building is beautiful, is maintained very well, and always clean. The staff has been wonderful as well.

Friendly greeters, great facilities, everyone seems ready to help when needed. A few
weeks ago I pointed out some issues in the men's locker room and they were
corrected. People there don't judge or pressure - everyone seems to be there
to support themselves and each other.

I feel really fortunate to have this Y in our community. It has great facilities and a great staff. And the price is very reasonable.

One suggestion would be to get a ping pong table -- a wonderful game and good workout and it doesn't take up much space (not as much as pickleball for example) and doesn't require a huge investment. .

My husband is enrolled in the Cornerstone Program. We go to the YMCA to participate in restorative yoga and other classes.

I have been part of Cape Ann YMCA family since the early 1980s. I have depended on the Y to help keep me healthy and now to help me keep up with my grandchildren as they grow.
The Y helps the community and it makes me proud to be a part of a wonderful abd inclusive organization.
