I absolutely LOVEC The Y. I had been a member since 1998 and took a break from 2020-Jan 2024. I am so happy to be back. I love all the classes that you have to offer. I also love seeing so many people from the community. The space is amazing and you have something to offer for everyone, from childcare, to classes targeting cancer survivors and individuals with Parkinsons.

I love you clean it is here and the community feels really good. However there is one woman that is rude. She is with short gray hair and is a trainer at this location. She has been rude to me several times

Everyone at the Cape Ann YMCA is friendly and welcoming. From the people that work at the front desk to the people who clean the floors. It’s honestly a super welcoming place. Laura the lifeguard goes out of her way to know every single person that swims regularly and John is super friendly and helpful even though he has a thousand things to fix and do everyday. I couldn’t imagine a better Y to belong to.

Because the instructors are all friendly and knowledgeable and NICE. Because everything is so new and clean. Because the members of the classes I take are also friendly and helpful.

It’s a great facility with wonderful trainers. Also a chance to meet and make new friends.

I like the Gloucester facility, and usually go there six days a week. The staff are nice and helpful. Especially Laura.
But your internet communication stinks. It was hard to find out the other day that you were opening late that day. I was told that it was on facebook. Too late, but later on I tried to find out where you are on facebook, spent a long time looking, and I still don't know where the (bleep) to look.

Staff is friendly and informative 👍 pool is nice and clean... the cardio equipment is nice and all the workout machines are in great shape too.

Amazing place ! Injury keeping me sidelined from the pickle there and the pool is just as awesome!

Great atmosphere, clean facilities and lots of options for equipment to use

The sports director is very hands on and directly involved in the activities! He takes the opinions of the families into account and is very caring towards the children. My son does not go to school in town and he still felt very comfortable participating. The facility is very clean and offers so many activities to choose. All staff are welcoming.

All the staff are very friendly, the space is clean and well kept, and I really enjoy all of the class offerings.
