Something for everyone in a friendly and easily accessible environment
I enjoyed the friendliness of everyone that I encountered there. How clean and bright the facility is. I liked the instructor whom I thought was very well prepared and very knowledgeable about her subject matter.
The facilities are top notch. But it’s the people that work here that everybody’s talking about. Such skilled instructors, such knowledgeable people. I feel like we’re in good hands.

Facilities are clean, new, modern. Tons of equipment, ample space. Really friendly staff. It would be the most perfect space on earth if there were also saunas!!!!!!!!!! and an InBody Body Composition machine!!!!
The Fit for Life instructors are terrific.
It is a clean, beautiful facility and easily accessible , with ample parking. The Y offers a variety of classes for all ages and abilities, as well. I have benefitted from attending he classes and using the weights and the machines.
Great facility, great staff, lots of options for classes. (I do think the yoga classes should have a lower maximum number of registrants. The room is way too small for 35 people on mats.)

I love the instructors, and I love the members. All are so nice, helpful, non-judgmental. The facility is clean. There are so many things to choose from! (Why is everything I want to do at 10:30?) : )
