Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

The Y has become a real community center serving all of Cape Ann & full of positive energy during these uncertain times. Programming is full & excellent,particularly for our large senior population. Some improvements needed, particularly a portable wind screen to protect your front desk staff during cold & windy periods. At present, the lack of this protection projects an image that the Y doesn't really care about its staff. Also, first floor locker room improvements, including the installation of floor drains throughout for safety. But we love our Y & all you are doing to promote good health for all!!!

Staff is wonderful. The space is great. There is lots of room for everyone. Pool is terrific.

I love the options for all levels for the fitness classes. Desta and Andi are well rounded and very knowledgeable for every fitness level.
I wish more people would come and join us and feel the energy. It really is a big family.

Feedback: Bring back for the Saturday morning 20/20/20 class - Calandra or Andi as the instructors, they're the best. I actually now stopped participating in this class.....:-(

The Gloucester Y is so well managed. The staff is friendly, the facility is extremely well maintained, loads of classes and a wide variety of exercise equipment.

The Cape Ann YMCA has something for everyone. The staff is so competent and enthusiastic about what they do. The instructors are true professionals. A beautiful facility just makes it all perfect.

I love everything about Cape Ann YMCA! We have the best instructors, the facility is clean and all personnel are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Shout out to Stefani who teaches an amazing TRX class and Megan who is an amazing personal trainer!
