Very nice facility and great people.
Beautiful facility, spacious and wide open, although was shocked to see the men's locker room. Small and cramped with very small lockers, considering how much space this facility encompasses, they should consider their first renovation to expand the locker room GREATLY.

The beginner Pickleball situation is still a mess.
a) there are not enough courts devoted to beginners
b) there is no "system" for a beginner to register for the one court that is available
Ipswich devotes an 2 entire mornings per week to beginners. This is a popular sport, Cape Ann is not servicing the community with enough capacity. The lack of systems management and capacity results in a unfriendly introduction to the sport and to the facility. I've emailed about this and received acknowledgement that this is an issue, but nothing has changed. At the very least, you could put one more box out for the Beginners court (the single court that you're willing to allocate....) and eliminate the confusion.
