I love the pool and all the class offerings. The Pickleball folks were welcoming, even to beginners. It’s a great place to bring the grandkids to splash during that heatwave in July!
It’s a fabulous place to come.

Love the YMCA - staff great - facility nice and clean - equipment top rate!!!
Only issue is that some members use cell phones while on machines - one gentleman, on a bike, was on a business call for over an hour! - I have never seen this before in any club and think there should be postings saying Please No Cell Phone Use - maybe have a designated area specifically for talking on cell phones.

While I think the Y has some very strict policies that need to be modified, the staff was wonderful at our visit and totally understanding. I believe in the people, not the absolute rules that govern organizations. I am very happy to be a member of the Y and would recommend it to everyone.

This WMCA located in a beautiful new building with lots of light and space. They have a spectacular array of classes and enthusiast and well- trained instructors. I am grateful that I can participate in the classes there.

Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

The people at the front desk, the beautiful facilities, the amazing teachers and the incusivity of the classes. I find myself working out with people way younger and way older than I am, so when I feel like i want to escape and stop working out (too hard, can't do it, etc.) I look around and see everyone else doing it so I just stay in the class and do it too! The hard part is just getting there and starting. I also love the flexibility and variety of classes to take. And the vibes and energy are amazing. I heard that 11,000 people in a town of 30,000 are members which also makes me want to belong!

Staff is always friendly, very affordable prices as I get an income-based rate and allows me to use the Y without worrying about cost. Equipment and various areas are always clean.

Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

Aquatic exercise classes are much better for me now that I am older. There is so much to do at the Y. I am attending PT there for my knee injury. The therapist will show me how to use the equipment to best build muscle to support my knees. That will open up a whole realm of exercise opportunities for me,
