The Water Wise program was amazing. Jerry and Stephanie were fantastic with my autistic children. I can't believe how fast they learned how to swim and how patient and encouraging they both were.

Great open space (Gym, pool, basketball court, etc.) and friendly helpful staff. Best Y I've ever been too! My only complaint and reason I didn't rate it a 10 is the Euro-pop that has been playing over the sound system for the last week barely qualifies as music. Is there any reason that we can't go back to the assorted genres that have been alternately played until recently?

Friendly staff....great pool.......locker rooms clean.....love the over 18 locker room.....good classes

The instructors are great with our kids! In just five sessions our kids are more confident and enthusiastic about being in the water. Obviously, swimming takes a while to learn so this is a long-term journey, but we are so happy with the foundation the instructors have provided so far.

Our experience with the preschool swim program at the Cape Ann YMCA has been exceptional. Working with Lisa has exceeded any expectations I had. My daughter adores her and has progressed so quickly with her skills in the water. Lisa is simply wonderful and shines at what she does.

Jerry was a wonderful instructor, Julian made great strides in his swimming abilities in a relatively short time.

Miss Lilly is the best swim instructor. She is kind and playful with my preschool grandson and we will miss seeing her every week as she starts her teaching position and will only be at the Y on Saturday. Thank you

The activities offered for the kids are diverse, engaging, and so much fun and the counselors do a great job making my kids feel safe and happy!

This is such a great addition to our community. All through the year people are there, families with their children and empty nesters like myself.

Great cleaning team, fantastic pool, access to lanes

They are very caring and friendly to yr needs

The best place to play Pickleball, take a strength class, swim and have fun. Instructors are excellent and you get such a nice greeting every time you walk in the door. We are so fortunate to have this Y in Gloucester.
