Friendly, spotless, great environment
Clean and friendly. There is a gym, a pool and many classes are offered
I like the Y because it offers a chance for our kids and me to feel part of a community center through camp, events, meets, and the services offered. The best new thing for is swim. My 8 year old Juju LOVES everything about the pool environment. I was never much of a swimmer, but we took private lessons pre-COVID (amazing) for a few weeks, and then got into a small class on Mondays recently. Juju is smitten, and I feel more secure about her skills.

This is the best gym in the area because of the attempt to serve everyone in a clean spacious environment. Offered are more free weights than any sane person would want. Also, numerous Nautilus style exercise machines that can provide full body strength training. This is all coupled with a large functional training area and plenty of cardiac exercise equipment. The best, most unique part of the gym is the huge stretching area for yoga and floor exercises. Most gyms are not so universally designed with an understanding of strength and flexibility needs of the human body.
